Nicole Arbour and "Fat Shaming": Does Freedom of Speech Apply?

There has been a lot of controversy over Nicole Arbor and her recent video, claiming that "fat shaming" is a good thing. Through this whole ordeal, she has made a lot of justifications. So I've taken the opportunity to deconstruct several common fallacies used by people on the internet to justify themselves.
